The club

The Pet Protectors Schools Club is designed for teachers, so that all of the hard work and planning needed for an extra-curricular club is done.

Registering to run a Pet Protectors Club means you and your pupils get loads of fun and interesting activities, magazines, membership badges and the chance to enter national competitions. Pupils and teachers all enjoy being part of the club.

The activities

The activities have been especially designed to engage pupils and teach them about responsible pet care. With a huge variety of activities, incorporating:

• Science
• Arts
• Crafts
• History
• English
• Photography
• Special topics throughout the year

There is something for everyone and enough activities to hold a weekly Pet Protectors Club throughout the school year. Each activity is provided on a specially designed form, where there is a complete list of resources required and a plan for the session.

Once registered you will receive the first half - term's worth of activities in your welcome pack and then you will receive an email each half - term with the next set of activities.

Competitions

Throughout the year your club will have the chance to enter lots of competitions to win some fantastic prizes including: a PetAid hospital visit, a digital camera, books, DVDs and much more.

• Song and poem writing
• Colouring competition
• Make a Pet Protectors video
• Pet Protector Photographer of the Year
• Pet Protectors Schools Club of the Year

What do you get?

Registration of your Schools Club costs £20 and you will receive:

• Activity plans to run weekly after-school meetings for your Pet Protectors Club, sent every half - term by email
