The Pet Protectors Points Scheme
What is the points scheme?
Every time your club helps PDSA and is involved in competitions we give you points. These add up as you keep helping us. When your club reaches 500 points you'll get your first club award - a Pickles certificate and a pin badge for each pupil in your club.
Keep helping, keep getting points and collect the whole gang! They are:
Pickles - 500 points
Dodger - 1,500 points
Sparky - 3.500 points
Amber - 6,000 points
Supervet - 10,000 points
Once you have reached the top award, which is 10,000 points for Supervet, your club competes for Pet Protector Club of the Year.
The Pet Protectors Schools Club year runs from 31 August to 1 July. The title of Pet Protector Schools Club of the Year is awarded to the club who has collected the most points in that time and has been an active club, fundraising for PDSA.
What is Club of the Year?
Pet Protectors Schools Club of the Year is an award we give to the Schools Club that has been the most active club since joining. To be a contender for the award, your club first has to collect 10,000 points and achieve the Supervet award in our points scheme.
The Pet Protectors Schools Club year runs from 1 September to 1 July. The winning club will be told before the end of term. The prize is a PDSA PetAid hospital tour for the club, as well as receiving a trophy, certificate and a goody pack for each member of the club.
