A DOG IS FOR LIFE NOT FOR CHRISTMAS....
I want a dog but no one is ever here!
So Christmas is my favourite time of year!
Each year we dog sit for those who go away,
It gives us hope that we’ll have our own one day!
We wrap up to go out for walks until the dog tires
And then we return home to sit by hot fires!
This brilliant poem is by Darcey Aged 9 from Mount Pleasant Primary School
