PDSA has launched a brand new party pack to keep kids entertained during the summer holidays.

The charity’s Pet Protectors Club is encouraging all youngsters to gather their friends and family for a fun-packed party and help raise funds for PDSA to care for sick and injured pets.

The packs are crammed with everything to help children to hold a party, from golden tickets and balloons to posters, stickers and a collection box. There are also fun activity ideas to keep everyone entertained, as well as plenty of fundraising tips.

Vicki Craighill, Pet Protectors Club manager, said: “This summer we want kids all over the UK to hold fundraising parties for PDSA. With the school holidays now here, kids can be kept busy by organising their Pet Protectors Party! You could get your guests to wear fancy dress, or hold a sleepover and turn your room into a cinema with popcorn and drinks.”

Vicki added: “There are lots of kids who want to be vets or work with animals when they are older. PDSA’s Pet Protectors Club is a great way for them to start learning about animal welfare and make a difference to the lives of poorly pets today.”

As a thank you, every child who organises a party will receive a special photo frame to keep as a memento of their party.
