Community talks from PDSA
PDSA delivers talks to community groups and schools across the UK, to explain what we do and generate vital support to help us treat more pets in need of vets.
Talks in your area
Throughout the year, vets and other representatives from PDSA visit groups and schools in communities across the UK, to talk about the charity’s work.
Called ‘Talkies’, these entertaining and fascinating talks bring to life all our work for sick and injured pets.
If you are interested in arranging a talk or becoming involved with Talkies, please get in touch by emailing talkies@pdsa.org.uk or freephone 0800 917 2509.
Benefits for you and PDSA
From Guides and Cubs to WIs and business clubs, a talk from PDSA will prove an excellent and popular addition to the calendar of any community group.
For PDSA, it gives us a platform to explain our work, treating the pets of people in need. It also provides a valuable opportunity to recruit new supporters, discuss local fundraising possibilities and raise additional funds to keep our vital work going.
