Veterinary Nurse
Our Veterinary Nurses (VNs) provide a high standard of customer service and clinical care, and deliver preventive services and to treat sick and injured pets of eligible clients.
You’ll be part of a team that supports in theatre, provides inpatient care and carries out consultations, admissions and discharges. You’ll also be involved in dispensing medication, encouraging financial contributions from clients and maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of our PDSA Pet Hospital and equipment.
Depending on the needs of our PDSA Pet Hospital, our Veterinary Nurses can work both full- and part-time hours. You’ll also have the opportunity to progress your career at PDSA, with opportunities to become a Nursing Team Leader and Head Nurse in the future.
You will be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, will be expected to keep your professional knowledge updated by taking part in continuous professional development and will be committed to the vision and mission of PDSA.
