Please tell us if there is any way we can improve our service or if you are unhappy with the service you have received. We will respond promptly to your concerns.

In the first instance, please speak to a member of staff who will do their best to resolve any problem. If they are unable to help, the Senior Veterinary Surgeon or the Head Nurse will assist you.

Should the problem still not be resolved to your satisfaction, then you can put your complaint in writing and send it to the following address:
