If it weren't for donations from our generous supporters, Rella could have died when she was severely injured after a horrific road traffic accident.
Rella was terribly injured. She was hit with such force that her pelvis was shattered, her diaphragm had ruptured and the contents of her abdomen were thrust into her lungs and chest.
Luckily, her owner was able to rush her to PDSA Gillingham PetAid hospital where she underwent emergency surgery and six weeks of intensive care. Due to the care of PDSA, Rella made a full recovery. Without PDSA, she would simply not have survived.
