Increase in demand for our services
The changes we have seen at PDSA over the last few years have been wonderful. Due to veterinary advances we can now help more pets that rely on us. Every day we treat pets like Fifi who we wouldn’t have been able to save 10 years ago.
Everyday at our PetAid hospitals we treat, on average 5,500 sick and injured animals.
Please help us save the lives of pets like Fifi
Fifi suffered horrific, life threatening injuries after being attacked by another dog while out for her daily walk. Covered in blood and terrified, she was rushed to her nearest Pet Aid Hospital where vets used pins and glue to mend her jaw.
After 3 days at the PetAid hospital, Fifi was allowed home.The pins were removed 7 weeks later and Fifi made a full recovery.
If it weren’t to advances in medicine, Fifi wouldn’t have been saved. So please make a donation, and help make sure that we are always there for the pets that need us.
How you can help sick and injured pets who need us
£20 will pay for enough weekly heart medicine for a poorly pet
£40 will go towards a stethoscope, vital for an examination
£75 could go towards paying for the nursing care needed after an operation like Fifi’s
