Help pets like Lassie
Lassie had suffered multiple injuries including a dislocated joint in her front leg, broken back leg (femur or thigh bone) and bruising to the face after falling 200ft off a cliff.
She was operated on to repair her broken bones and had an external fixator attached to her broken back leg. Her dislocated front leg was placed in a cast and she was given strong painkillers.
After months of follow-up appointments and surgery Lassie finally had the external fixator removed and although she may need further operations she is thankfully back on all four paws!
