Online Raffle Terms and Conditions

• PDSA Trading Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of veterinary charity PDSA and is licensed by the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005. www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk
• Entry into the PDSA Raffle Draws costs 50 pence per entry, per raffle
• Late entries received after the draw date will be carried forward to the next raffle draw.
• No more than £20 worth of tickets per raffle may be sold to any one individual as a preventative measure against fraud and as part of PDSA's commitment to social responsibility.
• No ticket or chance is to be sold by or to a person under 16 years of age or residents of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or outside the UK.
• Proof of age will be verified on a random selection of entrants for each raffle draw.
• Proof of age must be made available if requested, otherwise entry fee will be refunded and entry into the draw will be forfeited.
• You can use our online form to tell us how much to let you spend on each raffle. Please visit our set your limit form to set your gambling limits.
• The raffle draws will take place on the afternoon of the draw date as detailed on your tickets, or ticket confirmation.
• Winners will be notified in writing within 10 days of the draw date.
•  A list of winners will be available from the promoter on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope or can be emailed to you if you supply us with your email address.
