F.A.Q Others

I am worried that one of my fish has an infection. I would like to move him to a quarantine tank before I can take him to the vet's. What should this quarantine tank contain?

The quarantine tank should contain:

  • Suitable heater and thermostat for tropical species
  • Simple mechanical filtration
  • Adequate aeration
  • Dim light
  • Plastic plants to give a sense of security
  • Flowerpots for shelter
  • Suitable water
