How to give us your feedback

In the first instance, please speak to a member of staff at the PetAid hospital who will do their best to resolve any problem. If they are unable to help, the Senior Veterinary Surgeon or the Head Nurse will assist you.

Should the problem still not be resolved to your satisfaction, then you can put your complaint in writing and send it to the following address:
