PDSA is governed by a Council (composed of Trustees), who approve all policies and major expenditure programmes. The Council meets every three months to monitor progress, to review the financial position and make any necessary policy decisions.
The Council has three standing sub-committees:-
Audit Committee
Finance and Investment Committee
Special Purposes Committee
The Council is composed of eminent people from varied backgrounds in business and the arts, who give freely of their time and expertise.
