Checking your pet’s shape

Being overweight is the commonest nutritional problem seen by PDSA vets. It’s a big problem, because it causes animals to enjoy their lives less and many develop serious health conditions because of it.
The shape of our pets is an excellent sign of whether they’re a healthy weight, and it’s something that all pet owners can check at home. In these PetCasts, PDSA vets show the owners of dogs, cats, rabbits and small pets how they can find out if their pets are a healthy shape.
