What is PDSA Walkies?

PDSA Walkies is the new fun way to help pets in need of vets. This October PDSA is inviting dog owners and animal lovers to take part in a sponsored dog walk to raise vital funds for sick and injured pets.

How do I take part?

That’s easy. There are two ways to participate in PDSA Walkies.

How your Walkies will help PDSA

Taking part in PDSA Walkies is just one way to ensure that PDSA can continue to care for sick and injured pets whose owners often have nowhere else to turn for help.

£10 could pay for special scissors to remove a bandage.
£20 could pay for a metal plate to fix a broken leg.
£50 could pay for film for 100 x-rays.
£100 could pay for electric clippers to remove hair before an operation.
£500 could pay for an x-ray table.

Long live pets logoPDSA Walkies is part of our pet health campaign, Long Live Pets, designed to help you ensure your pet leads an active, happy, healthy life.

Whether joining a PDSA-organised Walkies or holding one of your own, register now and PDSA will provide you with helpful information, guidelines and practical tips for a fun, safe and successful Walkies.
