Justin - A much loved and missed ginger kitty
On January 15th Justin was taken to the PDSA vet because he was barely eating and was drooling A LOT, we were told he had an infection and a small mass under the tongue and to book an appointment for dental treatment. An appointment was made for January 24th to have a general anaesthetic and have dental work and have the mass checked out. I was called at 11:16am on the 24th while he was under the GA and told that he had a malignant tumour on his tongue, it was a really bad tumour and must have been very aggressive to have come on so quickly and got so bad so quickly, I was told there was nothing they could do for him and that since he would continue to not be able to eat much or groom himself (and obviously must have been in pain) that the kindest thing to do would be to put him to sleep :'( I am heartbroken. He was such a sweet, loving and gentle cat, so happy, he just purred over everything. I love and miss you so much angel kitty <3 xxx
