PDSA Tag for Boo Radley Fagan Firmin

Boo Radley has been commemorated in PDSA's Pet Tribute Garden where a personalised tribute tag has been displayed.

Goodbye, dearest buddy Boo

Boo Radley was stately and (on occasion) lazy. We loved him deeply and miss him desperately.

It's four years ago to the day that we lost our bestest buddy Boo. We still miss him very much and continue to honour his memory by donating to his tribute page. His sister Scout is still with us and well. Love you, Bear.

Yesterday would have been Boo's 12th birthday. It's been over 3 and a half years since he died. We still miss him deeply and think of him often.

RIP Boo Bear

Boo died two years ago today. We still have moments when we can't believe that he's not with us anymore and still miss him very much.

It would have been Boo's 10th birthday tomorrow (28 June). I wish he was here, on the sofa, next to me and still miss him massively. RIP Buddy Boo.

Tomorrow (10th December) is the first anniversary of Boo dying. We have continued to regularly donate money to Boo's PDSA Tribute page, as we said we would. As I wrote almost a year ago, knowing that some other pets might be be better off as a result of our way of dealing with the traumatic loss of our wonderful buddy has helped to enable us to deal with the awful grief. We still cry with the pain of having lost him long before we were ready to let him go. We have also learnt how vital it is to honour the loss of one's pets by striving to be the best guardian of our surviving and future pets as we are able to be and never to take them for granted.
We love you Boo and always will.

Today - 28th June - would have been Boo's 9th birthday. We would most probably have taken him to his most favourite place: the lakes near our home here in France. We still miss him very much. RIP Buddy Boo

It's four weeks today since Boo died. The grief hasn't gone away, but you feel it less often during the day. What you miss most are all of the specific habits and features of his unique character, which made him our Boo. He loved going on car journeys. He always tried to steal sticks off of his sister, Scout. We used to begin each day with a rubbing of heads as wolves do. He hated thunderstorms and we used to reassuringly cuddle him when it was thundering outside. Creating this tribute has greatly helped to deal with this awful feeling of loss and pain, knowing that Boo's memory can be maintained through however small a contribution this can make to the wonderful work of the PDSA. We will contine to donate every fortnight for ever and a day and will never ever forget our bestest buddy Boo.
