You walked into our lives,
Just 8 short years ago,
filling our days with laughs and smiles,
And our bond began to grow.
Such a clever, gentle little pup,
You always tried to please.
You gave us unconditional love,
And made hard times a breeze.
We’ll miss you sleeping on our lap,
And licking us on the nose,
Those cheeky little cupboard taps
And playing with your Paws.
We loved Your little freckled face,
And that nook between your eyes.
The way you’d steal our sofa space,
And your sleepy little whines.
We’ll never forget the feeling,
Of you greeting us at the door.
Or watching you excitedly speeding
After treats there on the floor.
Our time together went too fast,
You’re gone too soon it seems,
But I know our bond will always last,
And you’ll visit us in our dreams.
The time has come to say goodbye,
But this is not the end.
Just know We’ll always love you Ty,
Our loyal little friend.
We love you boy xxx
