FULL SERVICE
Your Pet Hospital is offering full services to eligible pet owners, including emergency treatment, routine care and preventive appointments (vaccinations, neutering and microchipping).
Both face-to-face appointments and remote consultations are available. You can book by calling your Pet Hospital directly or requesting an appointment online.
ESSENTIAL SERVICE
Your Pet Hospital offering a reduced service, including emergency treatment and some routine care. Preventive appointments are not currently available.
An emergency is when there is something wrong with your pet that is life-threatening. Signs include:
- Being unconscious
- Constant fits
- Severe breathing difficulties
- Broken bones
- Severe bleeding
- Poisoning
- Extensive burns
- A severe allergic reaction
- Serious accidents such as being hit by a car or having a fall
- Not being able to wee
- Continuous diarrhoea and being sick
Routine care is non life-threatening and can include signs such as:
- Problems with their teeth
- A change in their behaviour, appetite or toileting
- Issues with their skin
- Minor injuries like bumps, lumps or bruises
- Prescription flea and worming treatments

EMERGENCY ONLY
Your Pet Hospital is currently only providing emergency treatment to eligible pet owners.
An emergency is when there is something wrong with your pet that is life-threatening. Signs of a life-threatening emergency are:
- Being unconscious
- Constant fits
- Severe breathing difficulties
- Broken bones
- Severe bleeding
- Poisoning
- Extensive burns
- A severe allergic reaction
- Serious accidents such as being hit by a car or having a fall
- Not being able to wee
- Continuous diarrhoea and being sick
Routine care and preventive appointments are not currently available.

NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
Your Pet Hospital is currently unable to accept new registrations. If you aren’t already registered you can find a list of alternative local vets at findavet.rcvs.org.uk
