Mites and lice are tiny parasites that like to live on dogs (and other species). They damage the skin by biting or burrowing and often cause intense irritation.
We know how worrying it can be to find a lump on your dog. The word cancer immediately comes to mind. However, lumps aren’t always nasty.
If you think your dog might be losing weight it’s important to have them checked, and to tell you vet about any other symptoms you’ve noticed, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, low energy, or changes in their appetite and thirst.
