Just like people, dogs can be allergic to something in their food. This often causes skin and/or tummy problems.
Dogs are very curious and eat some extremely strange things. Unfortunately, some of these items get lodged in their guts and cause a blockage.
Haemorrhagic gastroenteritis (HGE) is a condition that causes dogs to vomit and pass large amounts of bloody diarrhoea.
Hyperthyroidism is a condition that causes one or both thyroid glands to become enlarged and overactive. The majority of cases are caused by harmless swellings.
If your rabbit is eating less or nothing at all this is a very serious problem that needs immediate veterinary attention.
