Giardia is a very small parasite that attacks the lining of the guts and causes diarrhoea.
FIV is a virus that infects cats and damages their immune system, making them prone to infections that they then struggle to recover from (similar to HIV in humans).
Parvovirus (parvo) is a nasty virus that causes causes severe diarrhoea, vomiting and illness in dogs and puppies.
If your rabbit is eating less or nothing at all this is a very serious problem that needs immediate veterinary attention.
Appetites do vary between dogs but if your dog’s eating habits have changed it’s often a sign of a problem.
