If you cat has regular episodes of cystitis with no obvious cause they may be suffering with ‘feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC)’.
If your cat has developed a big, swollen earflap, it’s most likely to be due to a condition called an aural haematoma (burst blood vessel inside the flap). Contact your vet if you notice your cat has something wrong with their ears.
Very minor wounds (cuts, grazes, burns, bites and bruises) often heal themselves. More serious wounds should always been seen by a vet.
