As the cost of living continues to rise, vet care could be out of reach for many. Thousands of loving pet owners are facing the impossible decision of whether to heat their home, put dinner on the table or treat their sick pet.

Pets give unconditional love and companionship to so many. Indeed, according to our upcoming 2023 PAW Report, 85% of pet owners say that owning a pet makes them feel less lonely while 44% say that owning a pet has been a lifeline for them during the cost of living crisis.

Pets are family. They don't deserve to suffer or lose their life because of financial hardship.

Emergency care

Our vets provide pets with urgent, emergency care when their owners can't afford to pay. No pet should suffer because of their owner's financial situation.

Lifelong support

There are many lifelong illnesses that, if not treated with regular medication, can be fatal. PDSA provides the ongoing care that pets need to stay happy and healthy.

Keeping pets and owners together

The cost of living crisis is making it harder for some pet owners to care for their best friend. Regular donations help us to keep pets and their owners where they belong – together.
