Shop Managers
Our PDSA Shop Managers use their initiative to make effective decisions that will drive sales and profits – and merchandise our shops commercially to increase footfall.
Working with a Cluster Manager to achieve business goals and drive change, our Shop Managers are our PDSA brand ambassadors, promoting our vision and mission.
You’ll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team of staff and volunteers. You will develop your team so they deliver their roles effectively, including customer service and stock management. Our PDSA Shop Managers are self-motivated, organised, enjoy working with people and thrive on the opportunity to run their own shop.
