Working with an Area Retail Manager to achieve business goals and drive change, our Shop Managers are our PDSA brand ambassadors, promoting our vision and mission.
You’ll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team of staff and volunteers. You will develop your team so they deliver their roles effectively, including customer service and stock management. Our PDSA Shop Managers are self-motivated, organised, enjoy working with people and thrive on the opportunity to run their own store.
