Archie's making good progress - thanks to you

Archie found us when he was about two years old, I was walking my dog home one night and noticed there was a cat following us. He followed us all the way home and just sat on the door step – he wouldn't leave

I put posters up everywhere trying to find his owners and even took him to the vet to see if he was microchipped, but he wasn't! No one ever claimed him, so we've had Archie ever since. We took him to the vets for a check-up and we discovered he had cat flu. After medication he recovered well and has not suffered since. I felt so sorry for him as he had no home and was suffering from this dreadful disease.

Archie is a quirky little chap, I'm sure he thinks he's a dog. He will follow us on our walks to the park as he doesn't want to be left out. He also likes to make a bed on my lap by using his claws to move my clothes or drag his blanket. His favourite part of the house is definitely my bedroom, you'll always find him there fast asleep on my bed.

Archie used to get stressed about going to the vets but he goes so often, he's got used to it now. With the help and support from PDSA and kind supporters like you Archie is his usual happy self.

Until next time,

Antoinette & Archie
