Together we can stop the suffering of poorly pets

When Luna the rabbit was found dragging her hind leg, her owner knew something was seriously wrong and rushed to the local PDSA Pet Hospital for help.

Luna was given immediate pain relief and examined by a vet. X-rays revealed a bad break mid-tibia, in the main leg bone, which wouldn’t be easy to fix.

Thankfully, our dedicated vet team gave Luna the treatment she needed and she survived her injury.

Historically, rabbits have been a prey species and therefore work hard to mask any signs of pain or illness, often leading to them suffering before being noticed. With your help we can inform rabbit owners and help prevent their beloved pet from suffering in silence.

With your help we can be there to save more pets like Luna.
