Our Assistant Shop Managers support the Shop Manager by working collaboratively to drive sales and profits and working closely with staff and volunteers.
As an Assistant Shop Manager you’ll play an important part in helping pets, by being a key PDSA brand ambassadors, promoting our vision and mission.
You’ll be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and thrive on the challenges and opportunities that come with assisting in the running of a shop.
