Nursing Team Leader
This is a great next step career progression role for Veterinary Nurses.
As a Veterinary Nurse Team Leader you’ll lead the Veterinary Nursing team and deputis for the Head Nurse during periods of absence. The team includes Veterinary Nurses, Apprentices, Veterinary Care Assistants and Animal Care Auxiliaries.
You’ll be balancing around 80% clinical work and 20% off rota management time. You’ll have the opportunity to really vary your skill set in all areas. You’ll be involved in the delivery of all PDSA Pet Hospital services to the quality required by PDSA – plus you’ll be involved in team management, including recruitment, selection and development.
