London Marathon 2018

Thank you to our incredible runners who took part in the last London Marathon, what an amazing day!

In our 100th year, it was very special to see our teams running through the streets of London where PDSA began a century ago – truly humbling.

We all had a wonderful day and we’re incredibly proud and grateful for everyone’s support.

Join our London Marathon cheering squad

This is your chance to experience the thrill of the London Marathon, and soak up the incredible buzz and humbling atmosphere. Whatever your reasons – you watch the marathon every year on TV, you’re supporting a friend or family member, you want to join our birthday celebrations, or simply for the love of pets – we need you!

Our runners are inspirational; every single member of Team PDSA has spent months training through wind, rain, ice, fog, heat and cold to reach this momentous day. Here at PDSA we support them on their journey from the day they join us, and it doesn’t stop on race day. This is their time to shine, and we’re there to make sure they receive the support they deserve and the loudest cheers as they run or hobble past.

But we can only do it with a brilliant team on the side-lines to holler, clap, cheer and whoop. If you’ve never been before, and fancy experiencing the electric atmosphere for real, make this your year!

PDSA started it’s humble beginnings on the streets of London, so this is a special event for us. Come and cheer our runners in the city where we began. We’ll have banners, clackers, balloons and bang sticks for you to make the loudest and proudest cheering squad in London!

Our cheer squad is located on Thames Embankment, close to the tube and main line stations, so it’s really easy to get to. Times are flexible, so whether you can do a couple of hours or join us for the full day, we’d love to hear from you.
