Pet Hospital Receptionist Volunteer

We’re looking for volunteers to get involved in our local PDSA pet hospitals and help our veterinary staff to provide compassionate veterinary treatment to treat pets in need.

PDSA is the UK’s leading veterinary charity. Our vision is a society in which no pet is denied veterinary care because their owners can’t afford it. PDSA Pet Hospitals are vital in helping us to deliver our mission of carrying out over 2.7million treatments on more than 470,000 sick and injured pets each year.

PDSA has over 100 community charity shops around the UK and 48 pet hospitals. Our amazing teams of volunteers are vital to our success and we urgently need your help to continue the life-changing work we do at PDSA.

Our pet hospital is looking for volunteers over 18 years of age who can help our reception staff by greeting our customers, assisting them with queries and with filling in paperwork, taking payments for treatments and preventative products and other administrative tasks whilst being part of a team and making a difference.
