Gastritis is when the stomach becomes irritated and causes vomiting and stomach pain. There are many different causes of gastritis, some minor and some more serious.
A vaccination, like any other medication, can sometimes cause side effects - fortunately, they are often mild and pass within a few days.
Leptospirosis is a nasty disease caused by bacteria. It causes damage to the liver and kidneys and spreads via other infected dogs, mice, rats and cows and can also be caught from infected water.
Distemper is a disease caused by a virus. The virus spreads easily between dogs. It causes a wide range of symptoms including a cough, runny eyes and nose, diarrhoea, high temperature, thickened pads, tremors and fits.
Having a blocked bladder (being unable to pee) is an emergency and can cause death if left untreated. Contact your vet for an emergency appointment if your cat is struggling to pee.
