The Goodwill Partnership terms and conditions

PDSA has partnered with The Goodwill Partnership to offer supporters the opportunity to write their Will free of charge. The Goodwill Partnership will arrange for one of their professionally trained team members to visit you at home, take your Will instructions before passing it to their legal admin team to draft you Will. (phone and video appointments are also available on request).  Your will is then checked by one of TGP’s in-house qualified practising solicitors before it is sent to you for witnessing.

Points to note 

  • The PDSA free Will offer is available to supporters aged 50 or over. 
  • There is no obligation to leave a gift to PDSA in your Will in order to use this service. 
  • The Will is prepared by our chosen legal professional partner The Goodwill Partnership, not by PDSA. 
  • The service is subject to availability and eligibility criteria set by The Goodwill Partnership. 
  • If your circumstances are more complex than those covered by the free Will offer, the legal professional will discuss this with you before any additional work is carried out. If additional fees apply, these will be explained to you in advance and you will be responsible for any costs not covered by the free Will offer.  TGP may also refer you to an independent local solicitor if your requirements fall outside of their service. 
  • Your legal professional will prepare your Will in accordance with your instructions and act solely in your best interests, in line with the relevant professional rules and regulations. Neither PDSA nor The Goodwill Partnership places any restrictions on the contents of your Will. 
  • PDSA accepts no responsibility for any charges incurred that fall outside the scope of the free Will offer. 
  • PDSA reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
