Repeat Prescription Order Form

This service is for clients who have a current repeat prescription set up by a PDSA vet.

It takes up to 10 days for us to fulfil your order. 

If you’re going to run out of medication within 10 days, please call us on 07554333585.

If you have not received your medication or had any contact from us after 10 days of requesting your repeat prescription, please email your local Pet Hospital. If you don’t know your hospital email address please call the hospital and select option 4 from the menu.

If you require medications for more than one of your registered pets you'll need to complete a new order by calling 07554333585 for each pet.

After completing this repeat prescription request, you will be asked to contribute towards your pet’s medication costs and delivery charges. Your support helps us continue to be there for pets in need; thank you.
