PDSA thanks volunteers during Volunteers’ Week

In recognition of Volunteers’ Week (1-7 June), we want to say a heartfelt thank you to the incredible volunteers who support PDSA across our communities.

PDSA is the UK’s leading veterinary charity, working to improve the lives of pets and the people who love them. Every year, around 2,000 PDSA volunteers give their time and skills to help us provide vital services to pet owners and raise funds to support our work.

Our volunteers contribute thousands of hours each year, playing an essential role in helping us reach communities across the UK. Whether they are welcoming clients, fundraising, helping in our charity shops or supporting local events, their contribution makes a real difference.

At a time when our veterinary services are needed more than ever, the dedication of volunteers is vital. Their willingness to give up their time enables us to continue our mission and support pets and people across the UK when they need us most.

We are enormously grateful for everything our volunteers do, and Volunteers’ Week is the perfect opportunity to celebrate their commitment and generosity.
