Cornish Rex
The Cornish Rex is an active cat always on the move; they will often happily play on their own if no one is able to play with them. You won’t often hear the Cornish Rex as they tend not to vocalise.

The Burmese is an energetic cat who loves to play. They are known to enjoy sitting either on your lap or next to you and are good at climbing and jumping.

You are unlikely to hear a Turkish Van but may find that they will join you in the shower due to their love of water.

Birmans usually adore being around people and will happily follow you round the house to see what you are doing.

Egyptian Mau’s have high energy levels and can be partial to a game of fetch.

Maine Coons are very playful and friendly cats. You won’t often find them curled up on your lap as they prefer to be running around on the floor rather than jumping up.

You’re likely to receive a lot of chatter from an Oriental as they love to be where you are, telling you about their day.

Norwegian Forest cat breed
Norwegian Forests are a playful breed that don’t require constant attention. You won’t hear much from a Norwegian Forest cat unless they want your attention. They’re not known to be real lap cats.
