    Many different house and garden items can be dangerous for pets. It can sometimes take hours or days for your pet to show signs of poisoning/toxicity.

  • First aid for bite wounds

    Quickly assess the wound. If there are large areas of skin missing and/or you can see tendons muscles or bones, cover the area with a clean dry dressing and go immediately to your nearest vets.

    An aural haematoma is a blood blister that forms inside an earflap after a blood vessel bursts. They usually develop due to head shaking or ear scratching because of an ear infection or skin problem.
