    An estimated 500 people and 400 dogs turned Keswick into a sea of orange on Saturday (14 August) as they attended a charity birthday walk in honour of Cumbria’s most famous canine – Max the Miracle Dog – who turned 14 on 12 August.

  • Luxating patella in dogs

    A luxating patella occurs when a dog's kneecap slides out of the groove in the thighbone. A healthy kneecap should never slip out of the groove, and if it does, we call it a luxating patella (dislocating kneecap).
